Disrupting the Future of Food trucks

Traditional food trucks rely on loud, smelly gas or diesel generators. They leak fuel. They create fumes. They make events noisy. I didn't think that was good enough.

So I built one of the first electric food trucks in America—battery-powered, zero generator, completely quiet kitchen on wheels. I navigated the grants. I sourced the vehicle. I designed the power system from scratch. I managed the build, passed inspection, and now I operate it every day.

That's not theory. That's hard-earned field knowledge. Now I help other food entrepreneurs, restaurants, caterers, and organizations do the same thing—without the expensive mistakes I had to learn the hard way.
